The recent updates about the job reservation likely to be introduced in the private sector is a big set back to the all well-run organizations. I am not sure suddenly who initiated this idea!! First of all, due to the reservations in the government,we have seen the impact which is good for those enjoyed it. These are being creamy layers of the SC/ST community.
